New Scout Registration Fees
Registration fees must be paid in September and are a pass-thru expense for the Pack.
All new Cub Scouts must be registered before participating in any Pack functions.
If you are a new family, or an existing family with a new Scout,
and have not registered, please contact Katie Michehl so she can get you the registration
paperwork. Each Cub Scout must have at least one adult parent or guardian register and
pay the cost associated with that registration. The BSA runs background checks on all
newly registered adults. After registration is complete, the Council will mail your registration
card to the Cubmaster who will hand them out at the next Pack Meeting.
Returning Scout Registration Fees
Registration for returning scouts will start the first meeting in September.
Monthly Dues
Our monthly dues will rise to $6.50 per month, up from $6 per month from last year. The dues cover
awards and allow the den leaders to be reimbursed for minor expenses. The dues can be paid as follows:
$58.50 per year, $29.25 in Sept. and $29.25 in Jan. or $6.50 per month. Popcorn/Entertainment
Book funds may be used to pay your dues. These checks will be disbursed in December. So, you may want to
pay your dues monthly. After all your fees are paid and there is still money in your scout account,
a check for the balance will be disbursed in April or May.
Pack 107 T-shirts
Pack 107 T-shirts can be used as the Class B uniform and help to save the Class A uniform from wear and tear at
den meetings. This is a pass-thru expense for the Pack, but the exact cost of the shirts isn't exactly known
until an order is made.
Boy's Life
While registering your Scout, you'll be asked whether or not you would like to receive Boy's Life magazine.
This is an optional expense and a pass-thru for the Pack. Please see the
official magazine site for more detail on the magazine's
content. It may be too much for Tigers to read, but I would think Wolves and above at reading age would enjoy
the jokes and articles.
